Chef Charle Kalathas is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York City. Before branching into his own endeavor, Charle lead the role of head chef for 10 years at The Orchards Restaurant. During this time, Charle helped build the restaurant from a small family run business to a notable fine dining establishment located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. His culinary repertoire extends through many fine institutions from Key West, Florida to New York City, New York. His hands-on approach provides a delicate balance of ingredients, presented in stunningly colorful displays of art to tempt your palate.
